Mentoring Program

12-Week Mentoring Program: Empowering Growth and Well-Being This tailored program is designed to support young individuals facing challenges in accessing their learning. Over 12 weeks, we provide comprehensive mentorship, prioritizing mental health and overall well-being. By collaborating closely with schools, families, and carers, we work towards achieving agreed-upon outcomes that promote resilience, personal growth, and a stronger sense of self-confidence.

Secondary Transition

This 6–12 week program focuses on supporting children as they transition from primary to secondary school. Recognising the challenges of moving into a much larger setting, we provide targeted assistance to prevent disengagement and ensure a smoother adjustment. Working closely with both primary and secondary schools, we identify and support children in navigating this significant change, prioritizing their emotional well-being and fostering resilience throughout the process.

Connections at Crisis

6–12 Week Crisis Support Program: Strengthening Connections and Resilience. This program is designed for children and young people at risk of permanent exclusion from school. Over 6–12 weeks, we focus on creating meaningful connections and fostering relationships that provide vital support during moments of crisis. By working collaboratively with families, carers, and schools, we aim to guide each young person through this difficult period with compassion and care.

Guided Journeys

We offer tailored support for children and young people with diverse needs. With experience supporting those with EHCPs, trauma histories, or neurodivergent profiles, our bespoke programs are designed around each individual’s strengths, challenges, and aspirations.

We also work with those who feel marginalised or are exploring their identity—providing safe, affirming guidance every step of the way. By collaborating closely with families, carers, and schools, we craft each experience to empower and uplift the young person on their own terms.

At Peak Explore, we take pride in offering a diverse and engaging range of activities that help our explorers connect with themselves, each other, and the world around them. Our current programme includes bushcraft, walking, paddleboarding, mountain biking, Olympic weightlifting, and multi-sports—each designed to build confidence, resilience, and a sense of adventure.

True to our ethos of continuous growth, we’re excited to soon expand our offering to include rock climbing, bouldering, and mountaineering—bringing even more challenge, inspiration, and opportunity to the Peak Explore journey.

Redefining Masculinity at Peak Explore

This programme offers a safe, purposeful space for boys and young men to build strength, confidence, and emotional awareness. Rooted in outdoor challenges, physical training, and guided conversations, it encourages self-belief, respectful relationships, and resilience.

Led by experienced educators, the programme supports identity development while challenging outdated stereotypes. By blending nature, movement, and mentorship, we help young men grow into grounded, emotionally intelligent individuals—ready to navigate life with courage and kindness.
