.The Everest Rope Climb challenged participants both physically and mentally while raising just under £2,000 for the Teenage Cancer Trust. The activity promoted resilience, teamwork, and confidence, while giving participants the opportunity to support a meaningful and worthwhile cause.
Peak Explore has delivered bushcraft holiday clubs for a range of clubs and groups across Shropshire. These sessions have been extremely popular, with children enjoying hands‑on outdoor activities and regularly expressing a strong desire to come back and spend more time learning and exploring outdoors
Peak Explore has delivered bushcraft sessions focused on supporting men’s mental health. These outdoor sessions provide a supportive space where participants can connect through shared activities, develop new skills, and benefit from the positive impact of time spent outdoors.
Demonstrating teamwork both on and off the water, Peak Explore took part in the annual Dragon Boat Race to help raise funds for Severn Hospice. A fantastic event that brought the community together for an important cause.
Peak Explore uses CrossFit as a way to engage young people in a positive and active learning environment. Our strength and conditioning sessions are designed to support both physical health and emotional wellbeing, while encouraging confidence, motivation, and resilience.
I recently took part in a charity skydive in support of the For All Foundation, jumping from 10,000 feet. It was an unforgettable experience that pushed me well outside my comfort zone, all for a great cause dedicated to supporting communities and making a positive difference.
This summer, Peak Explore enjoyed delivering holiday programmes that enabled children to spend time outdoors, engage with nature, and learn valuable bushcraft skills through fun and interactive activities.
